From Barcelona Airport (El Prat)

  1. Metro: Take the L9 Sud from the airport to Collblanc, then switch to L5 to Diagonal. From Diagonal, transfer to L6 (now ending at Sarrià instead of Reina Elisenda). From Sarrià, take the L12 directly to Reina Elisenda.
  2. Bus: The Aerobus still provides service from the airport to Plaça Catalunya. From there, you can take the L6 metro to Sarrià, and then change to L12 to reach Reina Elisenda​ (Spain Inspired)​​ (tmb)​.
  3. Taxi and Ride-Sharing: A taxi remains a straightforward option with an estimated fare of €25-30 for the 20-minute trip. Ride-sharing services like MyTaxi and Cabify are also viable options​ (Spain Inspired)​.

From Girona Airport

  • Bus: Travel from Girona Airport to Estació del Nord in Barcelona. Take the L1 metro from Arc de Triomf (near Estació del Nord) to Plaça Catalunya. Then, switch from Plaça Catalunya to the L6 metro line to Sarrià, followed by L12 to Reina Elisenda.

Driving Directions

  • By Car: Approach via Ronda de Dalt, exit at number 9 to Avenida Foix, turn left at the first traffic light, then take the first right onto Carrer Duquesa d’Orleans. The hostel is soon after on your left. Make sure to manage parking according to local regulations to avoid fines.

 

In front of this Café Zurich in Plaça Catalunya, you will find the lines that go to Sarria (in sarria change to L12 for reina elisenda)

When you arrive at Reina Elisenda, exit onto Duquesa d’Orleans street.

You go up Duquesa D’Orleans street until you reach building 56.
